Colegio San Agustin – Biñan is launching today, July 10, 2012, an institutional online survey to all its community stakeholders in order to solicit ideas for the school’s strategic plan.

Every five years, CSA-Bñ formulates its strategic plan. The Planning and Development Office In-Charge Genevieve G. Estrañero conveys that the school would like to capture fresh, relevant, and important goals that would define the school’s future by taking views from various stakeholders which include students, parents, faculty and staff, alumni, industry partner, and benefactors. The school would also welcome input from the neighborhood communities and organizations.

The survey asks about the Augustinian institutional values, external environmental factors affecting the school, and the school’s strengths and weaknesses. It will also ask issues and concerns that the school needs to address. The school President Rev. Fr. Andrew P. Batayola, OSA said in his installation speech that his first project for this year is unity; hence the success of this online survey depends on the cooperation of every Augustinian who will take part of the survey.

Responses from the survey will be analyzed by the Institutional Strategic Planning Team (ISPT) composed of middle administrators and will form part of a larger strategic planning process comes Nov. 7 – 9, 2012. The participation of every Augustinian will ensure balance and coherence in the development plans of the school.

The online survey will run until August 22, 2012.
