Personnel Recognition

As a way of the institution’s appreciation to its employees, a yearly event through the Personnel Recognition is organized. This year proved to be much special as the institution celebrates its 3 decades of existence. Last February 20, thirty one awardees were given honours. Among the main awardees were three personnel who had served as pioneers of the institution and had seen its growth over the years. These include Ms. Nelia O. Villodres, Ms. Adelfa T. Lira and Mr. Bernard G. Miranda. Each one of them received plaque, necklace, and cash incentives for their loyal service. Aside from this, 10-year, 15-year, 20-year and 25-year awardees were also bestowed with either a pin, watch, or ring respectively together with plaque and cash incentives. Awardees for perfect attendance in the different departments were also given Certificates of Recognition. As a gift to the awardees, selected personnel and priest administrators performed an old Spanish dance called Rigodón de Honór. Afterwards, everyone savoured an opulent dinner. Hosted by Mr. Paul Matthew G. Avila and Ms. Feji L. Maglangit, the event truly displays the importance and gratitude given by the institution to its personnel.
